兩潛水員遺體奇蹟浮現
【 本 報 綜 合 報 道 】 「 Dave 最 後 都 完 成 了 任 務 ！ 」 因 協 助 打 撈 十 年 前 在 洞 潛 潛 水 時 喪 生 的 Deon Dreyer 遺 體 而 失 蹤 的 國 泰 澳 洲 籍 機 師 Dave Shaw ， 遺 體 前 日 奇 地 從 水 洞 底 浮 起 ， 而 在 其 遺 體 下 面 ， 更 吊 Deon 的 遺 體 ， Dave 最 後 都 把 Deon 的 遺 體 ， 交 給 Deon 的 父 母 。 Dave 的 潛 水 隊 友 不 禁 說 ： 「 他 盡 了 力 ， 我 為 他 非 常 驕 傲 。 」 有 隊 友 說 ： 「 他 死 得 很 崇 高 。 」
外 電 報 道 ， Dave Shaw 是 於 上 周 六 在 南 非 Boesmansgat 水 洞 ， 深 潛 二 百 七 十 米 水 底 打 撈 Deon 遺 體 時 失 蹤 ， 其 後 潛 水 隊 人 員 因 太 危 險 而 放 棄 打 撈 Dave 。 前 日 Dave 的 隊 友 Herbst 及 Roux 再 返 水 洞 打 撈 留 在 水 洞 的 氣 缸 ， 他 們 潛 到 水 深 一 百 米 為 浮 標 充 氣 ， 未 知 是 否 受 到 浮 標 充 氣 影 響 ， Dave 的 軀 體 竟 急 升 上 水 面 。
短 片 記 錄 遇 難 過 程 當 Herbst 潛 到 三 十 六 米 水 深 時 ， 在 二 十 米 水 深 的 南 非 警 方 潛 水 員 向 他 閃 動 電 筒 提 示 兩 人 遺 體 就 在 他 身 後 ， 但 Herbst 不 明 所 以 ， 直 至 他 浮 上 水 面 後 獲 悉 事 件 後 ， 再 潛 入 水 中 成 功 打 撈 兩 人 遺 體 。 有 潛 水 專 家 分 析 ， 浮 標 充 氣 後 急 升 令 掛 浮 標 的 纜 繩 亦 上 升 ， Dave 可 能 生 前 意 外 地 將 纏 住 他 與 Deon 軀 體 的 洞 繩 勾 該 纜 繩 ， 連 帶 令 兩 人 浮 起 。
隊 友 從 Dave 身 上 發 現 的 攝 錄 機 中 的 短 片 發 現 ， 當 日 最 初 一 切 順 利 ， 他 找 到 Deon ， 但 呼 吸 愈 來 愈 差 ， 顯 示 他 做 得 太 費 勁 ， 之 後 似 乎 潛 水 時 限 已 到 ， 他 似 欲 放 棄 及 離 開 ， 但 被 洞 繩 纏 ， 他 不 停 斷 條 繩 ， 但 不 成 功 ， 他 的 呼 吸 卻 愈 來 愈 急 ， 之 後 便 一 片 死 寂 。
國 泰 航 空 發 言 人 昨 日 表 示 ， 已 獲 悉 尋 獲 Dave 遺 體 的 消 息 ， 至 於 有 關 追 悼 活 動 ， 仍 有 待 與 其 妻 商 討 。

If I don't come back, leave my body: diver
An Australian diver presumed dead after disappearing in a South African underwater cave had asked that his body not be recovered if the dive went wrong.
Dave Shaw is presumed dead after he disappeared at a depth of almost 300 metres in the Boesmansgat cave, in South Africa's Northern Cape, on Saturday.
He was diving to retrieve the body of Deon Dreyer, who drowned there in 1994.
Shaw, a Hong Kong-based pilot originally from Perth, did not resurface after diving to 270 metres into the cave, according to South African police.
South Africa's national coordinator for police divers, Ernst Strydom, said Shaw had requested none of his colleagues in the team of eight international divers should try to retrieve his body in case of an accident.
Experts believe equipment failure at an extreme depth probably cost Shaw his life.
On his own website, Shaw said he and a team of other divers had planned the dive since October, when the Cathay Pacific pilot and father-of-two discovered Dreyer's body during a world-record descent.
Shaw was to be the last man in a relay team, who were meant to pass the body to the surface.
"The dive will be unique and huge," Shaw said on his website.
Together with wife Ann, Shaw had been a Hong Kong resident since 1989. His two children Steven and Lisa live in Australia.
