cambodia

i have never been such a sweet place like cambodia. this is another side of the world. people, culture, smell, lifestyle…it’s different and i like it somehow. it’s a poor city, people are poor, but live freely.
i meet an old lady from china. she spends more than 50 years in cambodia. she wants to return to china, but has no money to go back, even that she keeps smiling every day, every time i see her. Smile, seems a trademark or feature of siem reap, it is not hard to find there. every time you look at people, on street, on the way to temples, inside tuk tuk, people wave at you or big smile in return.
